Activation delay - More than 36 days

Broadband Activation delay - More than 36 days

Good morning, I may come to try to resolve this impasse and perhaps ask for help in the solution.

I moved on October 1st to a new home, registered on September 30th on Plus net.

On October 5th my Phone number was enabled.

On the 13th of October I got in touch to find out about an estimate, and they informed me about problems, and that they would contact me.

However, on October 21st I received the information that in 5 or 7 days, they would free my internet, my router and everything.

however if time has passed and I have no more news.

Can someone help me with the best thing to do?

@adanfernandes Try going to the Help Assistant tool via the Manage account tab in your account. There may be some open or closed tickets that indicate any progress or an activation date.

Re: Activation delay - More than 36 days

thanks for the message, but the last interaction was the one I mentioned that they would give me an answer in 5 to 7 days. And I don't have anything else about it. Really sad situation.

Ah fair enough. Are there no automated closed tickets that may advise of an activation date?

Re: Activation delay - More than 36 days

Nothing, the last message was "I've just dealt with this by manually ordering broadband that should be active in the next 5 to 7 working days, you should receive notifications in the next couple of days with an exact date and the router will be sent out to reach you a day or two prior to activation."

Re: Activation delay - More than 36 days

Sad sounds like you may need to give them another call to find an update on the progress.
