Activation day

I recently upgraded to fibre and received my router and email to say router was on its way I've plugged it in and it's flashing no broadband, I've gone thought the trouble shooter and it says wait for activation day... How do I find out when that is as I can't find it on my email or my account?

Fix
If you sign into the member centre you should be able to see it in your tickets or closed tickets https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search

Thanks for this... Just found out I have to wait 6 more days. No internet for that long how will I cope 😂
