Activation day past no broadband or updates

I’ve had a text to say my broadband should go live by midnight 13/6/18 still got no internet and no more updates

Hi still have no internet broadband light is now just flashing

Hi I’ve gone into the router settings and it says dsl is down I’ve tried clicking connect nothing happens I’m waiting on my new house phone to come as the base has broken
