Activation day - Order tracker not updating

Hi,

 

I placed my order on Jan 11th after speaking to someone via live chat to check on the down time between switch overs. As I'm switching from BT and my connection is critical I wanted confirmation on switch over times. I was told it would be down for a few hours on the day of switch over. Well today is the day my old service to BT has gone offline so it's all going to plan. However my order status shows the current status to be 'checking your line' so I'm a little concerned that there might be delays.

 

Is there any way to check the status? Live chat seems to be down.

Good afternoon, 

 

Sorry about the delay in response to this, I've checked and all is live now, it can take a short while between the line switch and the account our side going live  however I have activated you our side now as the line is ready to use. If you connect the router you'll get online immediately.
