Activation date

How is the broadband activation date determined after an order is placed?

Is it just 10 working days after the order?

It depends on how much work is needed to activate the line and Openreach technician availability. Consequently, there's no fixed time period common to all connections.

Welcome to our online Community Forum, as a general guideline, orders to take over a working line take around 10 working days. Fibre orders are also subject to engineer availability though.
