Activation date

I signed with Plusnet fibre broadband on 27th November, first payment taken on 28th November. My previous broadband contract with Sky ended on December 12th. Finally received my router after 2 phone calls but I still don’t have an activation date. Looks like no broadband over Xmas

@CM1973  Welcome to the forum.

If you put your phone number in here and read through you should see a reference to an open order with a completion date. This will be the scheduled Openreach date for your service to become live. https://my.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/adsl.htm?s_cid=ws_furls_adslchecker

Edit.

If you are moving from the Sky LLU service this may not work.

Still no activation date ! Provisioning team were meant to phone me first thing this morning but haven’t bothered - what a surprise.
