Activation date yesterday

My fibre update should have activated yesterday but still no internet. Lights on Hub are just flashing. Saw engineer at box (which is outside our house) about 11.30 but still no connection. Any ideas?

Hi,

I had this on Thursday, it wouldn't work when I got back from work, I then got an email confirming broadband was live and when I checked it connected up. 

I did have to change the login for the broadband on the router to my plusnet email address and password to log into my plusnet within the control panel.

Hope you are up and running soon, lot of people needing internet with current Covid issues and working from home.

Spoke to CS and they told me that although ther system says I have the correct router I received an old one. A new one's on it's way now.
