Activation date was yesterday... nothing happened.

Hello

 

I just thought I would let you Plusnet guys know that my Fibre activation date was yesterday (October 2nd) according to the email I was sent on the 25th September.  Unfortunately it hasn't happened as I am still on ADSL.

 

I was also supposed to receive a Plusnet router which hasn't arrived. However, this is not such a problem as my existing router is fibre compatible.  Do please let me know what is happening... thanks!

Hi there.

 

From looking at your account I can see your fibre order has been delayed to the 9th October because of engineer availability in your area. Apologies that this wasn't communicated out to you.

 

We'd automatically send your new router 48 hours in advance of the activation date however I've just manually placed the order now so you'll get it within the next few days.
