Activation date was two days ago but nothing has happened

I have paid for a new router and it has not arrived. My activation date was the 19th according to the email I received on the 12th confirming the upgrade, but nothing has happened and no further communication about it.

I have got frustrated trying to get through to you and now wishing I had not upgraded.

 

Any way I can find out what is happening???

Hi @stevex865

Apologies for the problems you have had, it appears your fibre activation has been amended to 27/03/2018 due to engineer availability and your router has now been processed for delivery.

I am sorry for the lack of communication there has been, once the order completes you will be notified via SMS and email.
