Activation date too early
Is it possible to change our activation date please. We’ve signed up too early and will be charged by our current provider. Any advice would be appreciated or is it best to cancel and re-apply. Thank you.

I've raised this with our suppliers to delay your order. This should be amended within the next 48 to 72 hours. There's a possibility we may need to cancel the order in the background and re-submit though.
We'll keep you updated on the progress.
