Activation date for fibre

I have an order in place to upgrade from Plusnet ADSL to fibre but 3 activation dates have now passed. How can I get out of this loop of complaints and revised dates?

Sounds like a similar situation I'm in, my fibre order has been cancelled or stuck as they say 2 times now, I've asked the case to be reviewed by senior management and they have raised the case to an expedited pool.

Hi there @MM1 I am sorry to hear of the delay with your fibre activation. I can see that your fibre order completed on Friday and it looks like you've called us over the weekend? Everything working as expected?
