Activation date change? Can any staff please help?

Hi, I signed up to plusnet yesterday, I was given an activation date of 29.10.20 for my broadband connection. Is it possible to delay that date please until 9.11.20 please? I don't want to start the monthly payments before I need to. 

I did try to call your customer services but so far haven't been able to get through.
