Activation date Confirmed then extended?

Was told throughout my signing up that my Go Live date would be today, confirmed it with plus net over the p
phone on the 26th, now the 27th I decided to plug in my router and see its all blue but cannot access websites to find my dates been pushed back to the 28th? Router light is blue. Is there a specific reason for this as I'm back working today and needed the internet. Thank you.
