Activation Day - No Internet & no router

Morning,

 
Can any staff help please?

 
I've tried calling, the online chat and Facebook messenger but just can't get through to anyone. 

My switch from BT Fibre to Plusnet Fibre is today. The telephone has transferred but, according to the system, the Internet hasn't (which makes no sense). 

 
I also haven't got one of the lovely routers I'm supposed to use.

Hi David.

It can usually take anytime up to midnight for the broadband side of things to activate once the phone order is completed however I can see you've contacted our support team and we've pushed this through manually though I'm sorry to see we didn't order your new router in advance. It looks like you've reconfigured your BT router and you're up and running now.

Apologies for the rocky start to your service, we'll get the router to you as soon as we can.

About your Facebook message I'll pick it up now, sorry about the delay.
