Activation Day: Flashing Light Broadband Light
Today is my activation day, I have had an email from Plusnet to say my broadband is ready to go but when I have followed all the steps I am getting a continuous flashing broadband light. I would appreciate any help on getting this sorted, tried calling customer services but was informed there would be a 45minute wait!!
