Activation Date

I have placed an order for Broadband and Phone and although I had to cancel my initial order due to an error in the order, I then placed a second order. I have had a letter confirming the order but I also received a message saying that you could not process my order because another order had already been placed on my line. I can only resume that this was my first order. Which has since been confirmed as being cancelled.


I am now completely confused as to whether my order is still live and when it will be completed. One notification said it would be on the 22nd which is today but I have not received a router or notification via text or email since to say that this is my true connection date.


Despite constantly trying to telephone customer services I keep getting cut off with the message that you are currently not available. This is now becoming Extremely frustrating and does not fill me with confidence as a new customer.
