We left another supplier during a house move as they were unable to connect us. My parter works from home so broadband is essential.
We were told that the phone and broadband would likely activate on the same day. Our phone activated on the 5th, and our router has arrived however no date for activation and advised not to plug be router in before this date is given.
My partners work is now concerned as it’s been a few weeks, so now her job is possibly on the line.
How long are people usually waiting for this?
