Activation Date and downtime

I've bee given an activation of today 22JUN but lost my connection with previous supplier (BT) overnight 20th/21st.  Is it normal to be without service during a changeover or rather how long is normal (I completely understand why there would be some downtime).

Hi there, i've checked and the order does appear complete now. Unfortunately your account had a slight system issue, so I've fixed that and you should be able to get online now.
