Activation Date Query

Hi,

 

Ordered Plusnet as it had the quickest activation dates when I called sales. However we are looking at 23/01/2018 which still beats BT but I'm running out of tethered data to be honest.

 

Is there any way to bump this? Sales suggested 19/01 was possible before ordering according to my address?
