Registered with plusnet recently and everything had been progressing smoothly at the start and was given an activation date for broadband of Tuesday 20/03. As of this morning it appears my broadband has still not been activated and I've received no notifications as to what was happening with it. Would anyone be able to check out what is happening with its activation?
Thanks for getting in contact. I do apologise for the issues you have experienced, looking into the account the orders are showing as complete and active. Can you confirm if you are still unable to connect on your side?
