I want to have a private conversation about my activation date (which is only a few days away no) but chat and phone number have not been working for the last few days. Is there a problem?
Does it matter that I might not be able to install the router or test the connection on the activation date? Could it be brought forward one day?
We'd not be able to bring the activation date forward but there's no issue if you were to plug the router in the day after that happens.
