Activation Date - 5th Sept

Hi all, I signed up with Plusnet in August and delayed my broadband until 5th September as I was on holiday until 4th.
It's the 6th today and I still don't have BB. I raised a query last night but have had no response. Can anyone tell me where my order is upto and when I should expect to have internet please?

Sorry about the delay with your activation. It looks like your order completed with our suppliers on time but your account over here didn't quite activate automatically. Sad I've just done that for you now, can you let us know if it's working?

Hi Anoush, I now have a blue light on my plusnet box and my computer/phone iPad etc are connected but the laptop says "limited internet connection"
iPad says: "safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost"

I still can't use he internet Sad

Can you try a factory reset of your router?
