Any one know how long switching provider usually takes? My phone line has been dead since 8 am and haven't received any updates about the switch today and the last communication i got from Plusnet was on the 15th

Broadband is working fine but still no dial tone on the phone.
Think the fact that it is a cheap cordless phone is what's causing the problems.
Having internet access is the priority though as I need that for working, so I'm reasonably happy.

Bill has went up from £28 to £43. Broadband speeds still around 30mb max. Streaming still stuttering and my landline phone still doesn’t work.
Totally regret moving from Sky!
