Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. Your broadband order should complete on {strCustActivationDate}. Please note that this date can sometimes change. We'll let you know if this happens.
On the tracker it says my hub has been dispatched, how do I know if the broadband will activate on the day I was texted last week (Midnight on the 27th according to my text)?
Just want to make sure this is a website issue and not a hiccup with my order itself

Thank you for getting in touch. Your router is usually dispatched a few days before your service activates. The message which you have received regarding the activation would be correct. Please do not plug your router in before this date.

Okay, I was just confused since the tracker itself still says CustActivationDate or something on the activation date step
