Activating your line {strCustActivationDate}

Hi My phone line service is now ready to use however I have received no updates on my broadband. I was told I would receive an email when my router was being dispatched, this has not happened. Also under broadband order tracker it appears to be stuck on 'Activating your line'. It also states due {strCustActivationdate} for activation date. I am unsure if my order is processing correctly or is stuck
