Activating your line {strCustActivationDate} - No order update or progression

Hi PlusNet

 

My phone line service was ready on the 14th July, but I have not been updated on my fibre broadband.

Under broadband order tracker it appears to be stuck on 'Activating your line'. It also states 
due {strCustActivationdate} for activation date. I am unsure if my order is processing correctly or is stuck.

 

Can you please advise?
