Hi, I ordered standard broadband several days ago and right after I got a confirmation email saying the engineer would come along and install a new phone line on the 24thf of August and my broadband service would become active by midnight on 25th of August, but when checking my order on the Plustnet website, I'm still stuck on Step 5: Activating your line. The date seems to be not showing correctly, showing "{strCustActivationDate}". Would my broadband still go active in time?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I can confirm when checking over your orders from this side that currently both your phone and broadband orders are committed to complete on the 24th of this month. It can be any point up until 23:59 when the orders complete however usually we see the services go live during working hours.
