Activating line - broadband order

Hello.

 

Currently on the member centre I can see on the "Activating your line" field that the broadband order should be complete on 24th of June (tomorrow) by 12pm.

Does this mean that, after that time, I am free to set up the router and use the internet connection normally?

Yes you'll receive a text asking you to connect the router after the order is complete.

Thanks for the quick response.

Out of curiosity, is this something that is done automatically (i.e. once that time frame hits, the SMS is automatically sent and the order is complete) or must be submitted manually by someone from PN?

Looking forward to work remotely this weekend so it is important to me to have this up and running.

Once the order completes on our suppliers systems it'll activate your account so you'll receive the text at that point.
