Activating broadband service
I have not received my broadband package in the post, but I can't set it up until it's been activated. I have not received any e-mails/text messages on how to activate, and I can't get through to customer services on the phone.
Could you please let me know what I have to do

Hi there @awz1, I can see our Provisioning team have confirmed your order should be complete by 29th September. I do apologise for the delay in responding and for any lack of communication that meant you weren't aware of this beforehand.
