Account set up

Why is it taking so long to set up an account. Sky no longer deal with my broadband or phone line. I currently have no internet

I am having to use my mobile phone data to work from home! Not the best start the a new customer

Sorry to hear about the issues you've had.

Unfortunately, it looks like our orders failed because Sky ceased your line before we could take it over.

I've placed an order to re-activate your phone line and once that's completed we'll get your broadband order placed.
