Account not activated, but once off fee was deducted

I just ordered a package for home fibre. 

I made an online booking for the installation.

I paid the once off fee, which got deducted off my account.

I set up the debit order information, but at the end, it simply took me to the home page, no confirmation.

Now I cannot access any online account, to validate any information.

What is the status of my order, was this confirmed? 

Tried calling the call center - wait time is up to 30 minutes.
