One of my referrals is having a complete nightmare with their upgrade to fibre and youview+
First of all they were left with no broadband when they were switched to fibre and no router and tv box had been sent out, after contacting support a router and tv box was sent out but the wrong one.
My referral contacted support who tells them it’s the correct box for youview + but they have sent the small non + box (T2220/PN). The order on the portal says it should be a T2120 but the support person is adamant this is the plus box that has been sent out despite the fact it can’t record.
My referral is now fed up with trying to get this corrected and not impressed with the poor service
