Absent a router...

I received a text on Thursday (now 6 days ago) saying my router is on its way, but no show!!

My broadband is already live, but i am still without WiFi :@

Hi Stenf, thanks for getting in touch via our Community Forums and I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received the router for your service. I can see it was dispatched on the 21st and it should have arrived by now.
If then, you can please confirm your postal address over private message to me then I'll look  to get another sent out in it's place.
Also, do you have any alternative third party or routers from other providers at all in which we could look to set your service up through in the meantime?

I look forwards to hearing from you further.
