About my order

Hi,

I ordered fibre broadband about 2 weeks ago and have not had a single update about my order nor have I had my router delivered, how long do you have to wait to get up and running?

I can see you've spoken with our support team who have advised the delay was due to your current provider not confirming that we can bring the number over to us.

This has now been processed and the order is now due to complete on the 27th.
