Hi, we were supposed to upgrade to fibre yesterday. Our ADSL stopped working about lunchtime. We haven't received an email or text to say we are ready to go. We installed the new router just in case but unsurprisingly it isn't working. We are working from home and need to VPN to our work to do our job. I was under the impression that the ADSL should still work until the switch. Please advise. Many thanks!
