I upgraded my service from ADSL to Fibre on 26th December. Upgrade date (when fibre was due to go live) was supposed to be 5th January, however that came and went without the service being upgraded. I didn't receive the VDSL / Hub One modem router either despite having paid £6.99 for it to be delivered back in December.
I rang support to find out what was happening and after waiting 30 mins on hold was told there had been a delay on the order. I was put through to the provisioning department to find out what was going on, but was disconnected whilst on hold. Very annoying. I rang up again but after an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone I had to leave the call.
I see a ticket has been raised about my initial call (before I got cut off) - can someone please look at my ticket (#210063704) and move things along. I need the VDSL modem router sending out and a new upgrade date for when the Fibre service will commence.
