£75 reward

Hi, I signed up as a new customer with a new connection on June 16 (connection to be activated in early July) and haven't received my £75 reward, how do I get this? Thanks.

Your reward card is dependent upon your service being active. So you would normally receive an email 10 days after your service goes live to claim your reward.

As stated by @agedgopher email will be sent within 10 days of activation of your service.
