same here...CANNOT get through on phone or livechat....repeated attempts, for hours! So fed up

Ive been waiting over 2 weeks for the mastercard.. its been over a month and a half for that if not more.. The refund for my internet to i also dunno how much im getting shouldnt someone have said ?  Thanks

Thats the same problem with me there customer service is lacking well and truly.   I would recomend there net but tell ppl that the customer service is rotten.
