Yesterday I signed up for the standard broadband deal as advertised on the Money Saving Expert site and paid 12 months line rental in advance for £197.88. I signed up on the phone and not via the MSE link but made it clear to the advisor I spoke to that it was the deal with the £75 cashback that I wanted and could this still be done over the phone or would I have to apply online. The advisor assured me that it could be done over the phone. However, in the order confirmation email there is no mention that the order includes the £75 cashback.
I realise that it can't be applied for until the broadband is activated but I would like written confirmation by email that my order includes the £75 cashback offer.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi,
I have similar situation here .I have joined back in June and been promised to get a £75 reward card but, after various calls and chats on 26th July (I have been transferred to marketing and billing team and vice versa ) one of the agent Kasim told that he has spoken to billing specialist and a cheque should be with me in next 7-14 days time.
I am daily checking in my post box and could did not receive anything so far. I am in doubt that its actually been sent out.
The question is 179028627.
Can someone take a look at this one ?
I have asking if the cheque is in post and no one bothers to answer my query in last week and this week as well.

Hi,
I have received an e-mail today saying that the cheque will be sent to me and need to wait for 14 days. What a surprise.
I have been struggling to get this for nearly 45 days. Everyday some one from PlusNet say that its in the post. Todays e-mail confirms me that it was never sent out and I have been always misled and provided with incorrect information.
Todays e-mail also doesn't confirm when the cheque will be sent out it just says it will be dispatched.
I do not know when that will be happen.
Despite numerous calls and chats no one cares the customer that's what I experienced so far with PlusNet.

I have chased this for you again to find out the date the cheque was/will be posted - Phil has made me aware that the cheque will most likely be sent out in today's post or, if not, then in tomorrows.

Can you confirm me if the cheque is now in the post and I should get it delivered soon ?
I have been chasing this for a long time and I hear the same reply that it will be sent to me soon.
I have updated the question to get a response but, no response on that except your response on this forum.

Hi,
I am having the exact situation too. I signed up on June 2018 and had shown £75 pre-paid master card reward when sign up and after chasing for so many time the case has been escalated to Marketing team and advice me to wait for 10 working days. I don't know why they advertise falsely when it is so complicated to claim the cash back reward. It's really annoying to claim the reward which we are entitle to or they should say you have to contact and continuously chase for your cashback to get it so that customer can make their mind upfront before signing up.

Hi,
I have't heard anything regarding my cash back yet despite of contacting help & support through my account. Really disappointed with the level of services I have received. I was told to wait for 5 working days but it's been already 2 weeks now.
