£75 cashback email not received

Hi,

I signed up for a broadband package with the £75 cashback offer.

My broadband has been up and running for over 10 days and I have still not received the cashback email. I’ve checked all my folders.

I would like the cashback in the form of a £75 cheque sent to my address.

Can you please process this for me manually.

I can see that you have managed to speak to one of colleagues this morning to look into your query. It has been escalated to the Marketing to chase up the cashback for you. Please allow up to 5 working days for them to get back in touch with you.

There are different reasons especially that we rely on a a third party supplier for our cashbacks.

Hi,

I just checked my email and have received nothing in how to get the cashback still.

I seen in multiple other threads on the forum you were able to manually process this for other people.


Would someone be able to manually process this for me to receive a £75 cheque?

I would like this as a £75 cheque sent in the post instead of a reward card.

Can you please do this instead.

The offer I accepted was £75 cashback.
