£75 cash back received as a cheque....no access to bank!

I've been trying to contact Plusnet online since the end of the month.  I received my reward cheque, but no way of banking it.  I want it transferred into an account I cannot go to a bank!

Do you use a banking app on your mobile?

If you do then a lot of banks allow you to pay a cheque in to your account just by taking a photo of it via the app.

You can also pay cheques in at the Post Office for most banks (you need a paying-in slip from the back of your cheque book) or most banks have an address you can post cheques to (also with a paying-in slip)
