Hi, I was promised an email to claim the £75 cash back as per the offer on your website, which was placed in January. I’ve spoken to an operator twice now and told i will receive an email to claim it. I get other promotional emails from Plusnet so unlikely this has gone in junk, but I’ve checked there anyway and there’s nothing.
Please could someone look in to this, as these are difficult times. I’m at risk so no longer working due to the virus. So as you can appreciate money is very tight. Thank you.
