Hi,

I recently joined plus net and my broadband was commenced yesterday. I joined via money supermarket and took an offer for £75 cash back. When do I get this please?

I can see that your services went live a few days ago.

You should receive a e-mail in the next 10 days with a link to claim your cashback. If it doesn't show up in your main Inbox we'd recommend checking your Junk/Spam folder as the e-mails can sometimes end up in there.

Once you've received the e-mail and claimed your cashback you should receive it within 30 days.
