£60 Cashback email not received.

I switched my Broadband and phone to Plusnet on 6 August 2019. The deal included Cashback of £60. It is more than 10 working days since the Broadband went live on 28 August. I have not yet received my Cashback email.

Can you advise how I can chase this up..

Can you please confirm that you have checked your spam/junk folder as it is known that the email does sometimes get routed there. 

 

If it's not in any folder then please let us know and we will investigate accordingly.

I've had a look and can confirm that the email was sent on 03/09/2019 to an icloud.com email address. 

Can you do a search for "Claim your Plusnet Reward"?

I haven't received the email. I've again checked my junk folder, but it isn't there.

Can you arrange for the email to be sent to me again?

We can of course escalate the issue to arrange for the email to be re-sent but before we do are you able to search your email account for an email from: no-reply@plusnetrewards.com ?

I've carried out a search of my email account for no-reply@plusnetrewards.com - nothing was found.

I would be grateful if you would arrange to have the Cashback email re-sent to me.
