£50 gift card email

Hi. I've been with plus net for a while now I've never received a email about the £50 pre paid gift for joining. I have received invoice emails but nothing else. Very disappointed 😞

Have you checked the email has not ended up in your spam/junk folder, you should get the email within 30 days of joining.

Hi. Yes I've checked spam/ junk. I've been with them now for about 3 months

Visit plusnet.purecard.com/contact.  - Purecard do the actual card. Might be worth trying contacting them.

Maybe a PlusNet staffer will be along soon as well.

I hope so. I wouldn't have gone with them otherwise as my previous isp offered a good deal
