£50 cashback reward email not yet arrived

Hello,

I joined plusnet on 28/02/2018 for unlimited UK & mobile calls and unlimited fibre broadband. I have still not received an email to claim the £50 cashback reward for signing up through the plusnet website.

my plusnet username is different to forum username, I can provide this in PM, there doesn't appear to be a private field to enter it in forum profile.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard about your cashback yet.

I've raised this with our cashback team and we should hear back within 5 working days.

I also signed up directly on the Plusnet web site for Plusnet fibre and evening and weekend calls and I haven't had a cash back email.

Our cashback team have advised that you should receive your cashback e-mail before the 26th April.

Please let us know if you have any issues at all.

Ref the above subject I realise it is only 25th today but I have not yet had an email
