In the FAQ's is says it's normally within 28 working days of re-contracting, so it could be anytime up to the 23rd March before you receive the email for it, to still be within the "normal" time.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
