£50 Cashback offer

Hi, my service is up and running, has been for two weeks now, when I signed up I had a £50 cash back offer, I've had no email to say how to redeem this offer and there is nothing on the website to advise this!

I've checked and the email to claim this was sent, can you check in your junk/spam folders for any emails with the subject line "Claim your Plusnet Reward"
