3 1/2 weeks since signing up

Hi,

I ordered Plusnet broadband to replace my current Sky broadband, and received the confirmation email on 1st July 2023.

As yet, no update, other than the order is progressing and no sign of a new router.

Any ideas?

Welcome, Amanda. This customer forum is very useful but the PN staff don't monitor it all the time. If I were you I would give them a ring. You should certainly have had word by now.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had no updates on this.

Looking at your account it looks like things got stuck so I've given them a kick and things should be moving forward now.

You should get a further update in the next 24/48 hours

As of the 1st of January 2026, I no longer work in Plusne,t so I'll be unable to assist you with any queries.
