Sorry if this isn't in the right place I'm not sure where to post...
Signed up for a 2nd line, all good, paid etc.. installation guy turned up Tuesday (3rd Aug) from "Kelly Communications", he didn't have a clue what he was at my home for, he installed the new line (I think) by joining wires to my existing line (which if I'm honest looks absolutely shocking I honestly think my 9 year old would of done a better job with the exterior wiring) and installing a new master socket upstairs (as I requested), he then said work had to be done at the cabinet and my phone and broadband would be active later that day, now... he seemed very hesitant and slightly confused himself which gave me little faith and low and behold nothing is working.
Can anyone from Plusnet please find out what went wrong for me and tell me when I can expect service please or even if the engineer has installed correctly. Im already a Plusnet customer with a business account and this 2nd line was for residential use, to be honest I'm starting to wish I hadn't bothered.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
